Notre Dame undergrad and Latino Studies minor Therese Konopelski, class of 2020, is currently studying in Washington D.C. and working with ILS’s Letras Latinas program.  She had an opportunity to follow and document Javier Zamora’s week long trip to D.C. and experience first hand Zamora’s enthusiasm for engaging with the community through schools visits, meet and greets, and public readings.  To read about Javier Zamora’s visit and view photos of the many events please click here.
